We understand that information about you, your employees, and their health is private and personal. We are required by federal and state laws to maintain the privacy of medical information and records. COMBI staff have all received appropriate training in health information privacy and all offices of COMBI strictly comply with all state and federal statutes, including the Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act (HIPAA).

All individuals receiving medical care or treatment at COMBI receive a copy of COMBI NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES. This pamphlet details the individuals rights and our responsibilities/privacy policies.
