COMBI provides medical director services to assist clients with their corporate safety and health programs. These services are specifically designed to address corporate occupational health issues such as developing injury prevention guidelines for a specific group of workers or revision of existing corporate medical policies. Other corporate medical services include:

• Development of programs designed to correct or minimize the identified health and safety hazards
• Development of occupational medicine protocols or evaluation of existing corporate medical protocols and/or policies.
• Review for compliance with corporate medical policy and provide a final medical rating on all physical examinations.
• Consultation on health promotion and/or disease prevention programs.
• Assess future company plans and formulate medical policy and procedure for continued health and safety of the workforce
• Development of a workers' compensation provider network to provide for aggressive management of workers' compensation injuries.
• Ensure appropriate and consistent medical treatment by medical providers, in your network, through development of provider guidelines and procedures.
• Work closely with corporate management to assure coordination of occupational health goals and objectives with corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate quantitative and qualitative outcomes of employee health and safety programs while maintaining confidentiality.
